The Civil Break Out sessions will be split into small rooms. The attendees will rotate and the leaders will stay in the rooms.
Sessions will be:
- Civil 101 Diana Wilharm, Winneshiek County and Bill Fiordelise, Washington County (if Civil 101 doesn’t last as long as the break out sessions, the attendees should go to the breakout that interests them most.)
